Anjie Technology: Completed the business registration change of acquiring 51% equity of Suzhou Zhifeng.

Anje Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary West East Mountain has acquired 51% equity of Suzhou Zhifeng MIM Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd. in cash. The transaction consideration is based on 204 million yuan, or a valuation increment corresponding to the target company's audited net profit exceeding 40 million yuan in 2026, with a maximum of 51 million yuan, totaling not more than 255 million yuan. Recently, Suzhou Zhifeng has completed relevant industrial and commercial change registrations, and West East Mountain holds 51% equity of it.
