ST Longda Convertible Bonds Mature and Repay

ST Long's announcement, the "Long Convertible Bonds" have matured on July 12, 2026. According to the provisions of the "Prospectus for the Public Offering of Convertible Corporate Bonds", the company shall redeem all unconverted "Long Convertible Bonds" within five trading days after maturity. The company will carry out the redemption on July 17, 2026; after the redemption is completed, the "Long Convertible Bonds" will be delisted from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
