Hong Kong stocks closed at midday, with the Hang Seng Index up 1.93% and the Hang Seng Technology Index up 3.08%. The Hang Seng Stock Connect ETF rose 1.56%, while the Hong Kong Stock Connect Technology ETF rose 2.45%. In terms of sectors, the interactive media and services sector, as well as the automobile sector, saw the largest increases, while the hotel and resort REIT and industrial group sectors saw the largest declines. In terms of individual stocks, Mai Fushi rose 30.45%, Truly Health Medical-B rose 16.0%, Eastern Selection rose 14.57%, Yuejiang rose 10.05%, and Brucke rose 9.95%. Lanco Technology fell 17.15%, Jiantao laminated board fell 11.74%, TCL electronics fell 11.63%, Xinqi Microelectronics fell 10.09%, and Yunji fell 9.02%.
