The bulletin shows that in 2025, the national medical insurance system recovered a total of 34.219 billion yuan in medical insurance funds, including 27.799 billion yuan recovered by the medical insurance agency, identified 1,626 fraudulent institutions, processed agreements with 471,700 medical institutions, cooperated with public security agencies to investigate 3,776 medical insurance cases, and arrested 10,357 criminal suspects. A total of 7 batches of intelligent supervision rules were issued, totaling 15,500 knowledge points, with 124 million advance reminders, reminding of 18.126 billion yuan, and refusing payment during the process of 2.279 billion yuan. A total of 595 people were rewarded for reporting, with rewards totaling 1.5658 million yuan. The comprehensive implementation of the system for managing medical insurance payment qualifications of personnel in designated medical institutions had a total of 163,600 cases throughout the year, including 2,313 suspensions and 1,245 terminations, accelerating the realization of "supervision to personnel". During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the national medical insurance system recovered a total of 118.198 billion yuan in medical insurance funds, including 92.5 billion yuan recovered by the medical insurance agency, and agreements reached with 1.8796 million designated medical institutions. Medical insurance intelligent supervision provided advance reminders to 249 million people, reminding of 41.938 billion yuan, and refusing payment during the process of 8.268 billion yuan. By the end of 2025, the national advance reminder access rate reached 43.38%. A total of 4,637 people were rewarded for reporting, with rewards totaling 8.5981 million yuan.
