Liangqing Holdings (03774) plans to cooperate with Sunseeker to develop a customized AI anti-aging model.

Wisdom Financial News APP reports that Liangqing Holdings (03774) announced on July 15, 2026 (after trading hours) that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Sohadagenso Hong Kong Limited, has entered into a technology development agreement with Hongkong Sunseeker Technology Limited (Sunseeker). Under this agreement, the Group has appointed Sunseeker to use its core artificial intelligence (AI) model to develop an anti-aging and health management platform. This platform will focus on integrating in-depth analysis of anti-aging and health assessment reports, creating individual anti-aging plans, and providing precise product recommendations. According to the technology development agreement, Sunseeker will develop an AI anti-aging model for the Group.
