Zongshen Power announced that the company recently provided joint liability guarantees for a total of 690 million yuan for the comprehensive credit limits applied by its wholly-owned subsidiaries Chongqing Zongshen Universal Power Machinery Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Dajiang Power Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., with an actual guarantee amount of 490 million yuan. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company has approved guarantees for a total of 2.6 billion yuan for sub-subsidiaries within the scope of the consolidated financial statements, and the credit guarantee amount provided to the controlling subsidiaries for litigation preservation is 300 million yuan; the actual guarantee amount totals 1.68 billion yuan. The company does not provide guarantees to related parties or third parties, nor does it have any instances of overdue guarantees.
