According to media reports on July 14th, there are only about 9 merchants left in the mall, with large vacant shops on the second and third floors. Wenhua You CEO Feng Bin confirmed to the reporter that Shenzhen Wenhua You has indeed withdrawn. The property where Shenzhen Wenhua You is located belongs to Shenzhen Maoye Co., Ltd. The reporter learned from Shenzhen Maoye Co., Ltd. that Shenzhen Wenhua You actually withdrew from the mall in January 2025.
