Lu Yin Investment (600784.SH) won the bid for a 15.42% stake in Shandong Shuke New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP news, Lu Yin Investment (600784.SH) announced that the company has successfully acquired 15.41554% equity of Shandong Shuke New Energy Co., Ltd. ("Shandong Shuke") through public bidding with its own funds, including 10% equity held by Zhongnengjian Digital Technology Group Co., Ltd. ("Zhongnengjian Shuke") and 5.41554% equity held by Tai'an Taishan New Energy Development Co., Ltd. ("Taishan New Energy"). The total transaction price of this bidding is 42.42521 million yuan (the equity transferred by Taishan New Energy has not been actually paid, and the company needs to pay 22.6727 million yuan to Shandong Shuke according to the payment notice).
