Deepseek's annual revenue is approaching USD 500 million, boosting financing and listing plans.

According to reports, three sources familiar with the matter revealed that Deepseek's revenue has significantly increased. The Chinese leading open-source artificial intelligence enterprise plans to complete its second round of financing, with a fundraising target of 50 billion RMB, while preparing for an IPO in Shanghai next year. The sources stated that this enterprise, established only three years ago, has achieved revenue through AI model cloud service API interface authorization business. The recently achieved annual revenue has reached between 4 to 5 billion US dollars. The post-financing valuation of this round is 500 billion RMB, a significant increase from the valuation of 50 billion RMB achieved during the first round of financing just a month ago.
