The company plans to increase production capacity by 30% in 2027 on the basis of approximately 65 units of low numerical aperture EUV lithography machines in 2026, while also studying the feasibility of increasing capacity by another 30% in 2028. ASML expects sales in 2026 to be between 43 billion and 45 billion euros, higher than the previous estimate of 36 billion to 40 billion euros.
