This morning, the Ministry of Water Resources held a consultation meeting to analyze and assess the nationwide rainfall and water situation, and to arrange the deployment of defense work against heavy rain and flooding. As of 9:00 on July 15th, 79 rivers in Jilin, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Tianjin, Hebei, Sichuan, Gansu, Anhui, Yunnan, Guangdong, Guangxi and other areas are above the warning level, with the maximum exceeding the warning level by 4.71 meters.
