Intelligence Financial News APP, China Construction International (03311.HK) announced that on July 14, 2026, Putian Haiyue (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and Zhongjian Jiahe entered into a joint bidding agreement. Under this agreement, Putian Haiyue and Zhongjian Jiahe agreed to jointly bid for the land parcel (located in Fuzhou, China) with a capital contribution ratio of 80% and 20% respectively.
