According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Taiji Semiconductor Co., Ltd. has undergone a change in its business registration, with its registered capital increasing from approximately 720 million RMB to approximately 1.02 billion RMB. The company was established in January 2013, with Sun Hongwei as the legal representative. Its business scope includes research, development, packaging, testing and production of semiconductor products, as well as providing after-sales services. The shares of the company are jointly held by Wuxi Taiji Industry Co., Ltd. and Taiji Microelectronics Co., Ltd.
