Dizhi Pharmaceuticals: Signs license agreement with AstraZeneca, receives initial payment of 600 million US dollars

In a recent announcement from Di Zhe Pharmaceuticals, the company has signed a licensing agreement with AstraZeneca, granting AstraZeneca the exclusive rights for the global development and commercialization of Swozhe. The company will receive a one-time, non-refundable upfront payment of $600 million from AstraZeneca, up to $400 million in clinical development milestone payments, up to $500 million in sales milestone payments, as well as tiered royalties on global sales of Swozhe ranging from high to low double digits.
