Tianyancha App shows that recently, Jiaxing Linghang Zhuozhi Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Xu Yang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 5 million RMB. Its business scope includes IoT technology services, artificial intelligence application software development, and sales of artificial intelligence hardware. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Nanjing Linghang Automobile Service Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of T3 Travel.
