The registered capital is 1 million RMB. The business scope includes the sales of household appliances, household appliance installation services, daily appliance repairs, electronic product sales, and the sale of complete vehicles for new energy vehicles. It is wholly owned by Jingdong Five Star Electrical Appliances Group Co., Ltd.
