Zhejiang Wenzhou issues orange typhoon warning.

The Wenzhou City Meteorological Observatory in Zhejiang Province upgraded the typhoon blue alert to a typhoon orange alert for the city area at 10:42 on July 10th. Due to the impact of Typhoon No. 9 "Bavi" this year, it is expected that the wind force on the coastal sea surface of Wenzhou will be 7-9 levels this afternoon, 10-12 levels at night, and 13-15 levels tomorrow. The coastal plains will have a wind force of 7-9 levels this afternoon, 9-10 levels at night, and 9-12 levels tomorrow in the inland of Wenzhou City, with high mountains and some coastal areas reaching 12-14 levels. All towns in Wenzhou City will experience moderate to heavy rain tonight, with heavy rain to severe rain expected tomorrow and the day after. Some areas may experience extremely heavy rain.
