Wenzhou Port has implemented comprehensive traffic control measures. The maritime department in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province, conducted a thorough and rolling inspection of ships in its jurisdiction, verifying the position of each ship, planned shelter areas, personnel evacuation plans, etc. Taking advantage of the limited time before the typhoon impacts the area, they used a combination of sea patrols, air patrols, and electronic navigation to conduct a comprehensive risk reassessment.
