SK Hynix raised $26.5 billion, breaking the record for foreign companies going public in the United States.

On July 9th local time, SK Hynix raised $26.5 billion through the issuance of American Depositary Shares (ADS), becoming the largest foreign company's initial public offering in the United States. SK Hynix issued 177.9 million ADS at $149 per share. The ADS will begin trading on the NASDAQ on July 10th under the code "SKHYV".
