VSING (08292.HK) intends to acquire all or part of the equity of Golfzon Hong Kong.

The Zhixin Finance APP reported that VSING (08292.HK) announced on July 9, 2026, that the Group had entered into a memorandum of understanding with an independent third party (seller), whereby the Group intends to acquire, and the seller intends to sell, all or part of its equity in Golfzon Hong Kong. Both parties will actively discuss and hope to reach a final agreement and complete the proposed acquisition within three months.
