Bohai Energy announced that its controlling shareholder, Xuyang Group Co., Ltd., increased its holdings of the company's shares by 2.736 million shares through centralized bidding from July 7th to 9th, 2026, accounting for 1.18% of the total share capital of the company. The transaction price range was 12.23-12.79 yuan/share. After this increase, Xuyang Group and its concerted action person Xuyang Holdings Co., Ltd. collectively held 57.938 million shares of the company, accounting for 25.00% of the total share capital, reaching a multiple of 5%. This change in equity will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
