Sai Xiang Technology: Appoints Gong Na as Head of the company's Audit Department.

Sai Xiang Technology announced that the company held the Ninth Board of Directors' Ninth Meeting on July 9th to review and pass the "Proposal on the Appointment of the Head of the Audit Department." Zhang Danyu resigned as the head of the audit department for personal reasons and will not hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries. Upon the nomination of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors intends to appoint Gong Na as the head of the audit department, with a term of office until the end of the Ninth Board of Directors' term. Gong Na is currently the head of the company's audit department and meets the qualifications for the position.
