The pledgee is the Wenzhou Branch of China CITIC Bank, and the purpose of the pledge is for financing. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Zou Aiying has pledged a total of 3.42 million shares, accounting for 83.82% of her holdings and 5.03% of the company's total share capital. This pledge will not have any adverse impact on the company's production, operation, or management.
