South Korea made a final anti-dumping ruling on seamless copper tubes from Thailand.

The South Korean Trade Commission issued Announcement No. 2026-12, affirming the anti-dumping final ruling on seamless copper tubes originating from Thailand, and recommending the South Korean Ministry of Planning and Finance to impose a five-year anti-dumping duty on the products involved. The specific tax rates are as follows: Hong Kong Hailiang Metal Trading Ltd. and its affiliated enterprises at a rate of 4.93%, Fine Metal Technologies Public Company Ltd. and its affiliated enterprises at a rate of 8.41%, and other manufacturers/exporters at a rate of 4.93%. The products involved are seamless copper tubes with an outer diameter less than 66.68 mm, thickness greater than 0.20 mm and less than 2.50 mm, under the South Korean tariff number 7411.10.0000. The implementation of measures shall be in accordance with the tax regulations of the South Korean Ministry of Planning.
