It is continuously pushing for the cancellation of household registration restrictions for flexible employees in major cities in their employment and permanent residence locations. Flexible employees participating in employee medical insurance can choose flexible payment methods themselves. At the same time, it also encourages localities to include flexible employees in maternity insurance coverage, enabling them to pay for maternity insurance concurrently while participating in employee insurance, and enjoy maternity insurance benefits as required by regulations.
