According to the WiseFinance APP, Ke Rui Real Estate released a statement stating that in June 2026, the national real estate policy will continue to be moderately loose, urban renewal will enter a comprehensive construction period, and the housing provident fund system will undergo a historic expansion. On the supply side, new housing supply in June rebounded compared to the previous month, but still decreased by 22.9% year-on-year, with a cumulative year-on-year decline of 23.1% in the first half of the year. The month-on-month new housing transaction volume in June remained basically flat, with a 3.3% year-on-year decrease, and a cumulative year-on-year decline of 11.8% in the first half of the year; second-hand housing transactions decreased by 2.3% month-on-month, but increased by 13.5% year-on-year, with a cumulative year-on-year increase of 6.6% in the first half of the year. In terms of the land market, the scale of land auctions in June has been cyclically increasing, with the premium rate rising for three consecutive months.
