In the last week of June, a rare "apology drama" was staged on Fox News. Hosts of multiple programs under Fox apologized for spreading "smear" against China, a scene that is not common in the history of Fox News. Fox News host, Kevin O'Reilly, appeared on a program on May 11 and talked about the ongoing controversy surrounding his data center project in Utah. At that time, he made some remarks against the opponents. Mr. O'Reilly has now corrected his statements, stating that he has no evidence to prove that the "Better Utah Alliance", the strategy company of Josh Kant, Taylor Knuth, and Gabrielle Finlison, received funding from China or the Chinese Communist Party. Fox News Media also confirmed that there is no evidence that the aforementioned entities received funding from China or cooperated with them when opposing O'Reilly's project. Fox News Media apologized for this mistake.
