Tianshun Wind Energy announced that REAL FUN HOLDINGS LIMITED, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company, holds 373 million shares, accounting for 20.77% of the total share capital of the company. The company plans to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 35.937 million shares through block trading within 3 months after the disclosure of this announcement, starting from the 15th trading day after the announcement, not exceeding 2% of the total share capital of the company.
