Lianmei Group and its concerted parties together hold 70.21% of the total share capital, with the total pledged shares accounting for 25.23% of the total share capital, and accounting for 35.94% of the total holdings. Lianmei Group has a good credit rating, strong debt repayment ability, and controllable pledge risk, which does not affect control rights and company operations.
