China's Free Trade Zone Data Trading Arbitration Service Center is put into operation.
Inner Mongolia Daily News reported that, according to the Autonomous Region's Department of Justice, the first professional arbitration platform specifically for handling data trading disputes in the region has recently been put into operation in the China Free Trade Zone Data Trading Arbitration Service Center located in the Hohhot area of the pilot free trade zone, filling a gap in the dispute resolution mechanism for data trading in that area. It is reported that the establishment of this arbitration service center will further regulate the order of the data trading market, standardize the resolution of data trading disputes, effectively reduce the institutional costs and compliance risks of market participants, and continuously boost the confidence of market participants in participating in data trading. It will inject strong rule of law energy into the Hohhot area of the pilot free trade zone, creating a hub for the circulation of data elements connecting the inside and outside.
