Over the past decade, a total of 1.88 million policies and measures have been reviewed nationwide, with 123,000 policies and measures that restricted competition being abolished or revised. The fair competition review system has played an important role in standardizing the economic behavior of local governments, breaking local protectionism and market segmentation, and promoting the construction of a unified national market.
