Zhengzhou, Jinan, and Qingdao social security cards will achieve mutual recognition.

According to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Zhengzhou City, the human resources and social security departments of Zhengzhou, Jinan, and Qingdao recently jointly signed the "Collaborative Development Cooperation Agreement in the Field of Social Security for the Three Cities of Jinan, Qingdao, and Zhengzhou", and together released the first national "Social Security Card Resident Service 'One Card Pass' Application Directory" across two provinces and three cities. It includes more than 20 social security convenience services, marking the transition of social security card services from "one card pass" to a new stage of "interconnection among the three cities". In the joint release of the "Social Security Card Resident Service 'One Card Pass' Application Directory" by the three cities, it covers 26 application scenarios in six major areas including social security, medical insurance, transportation, culture and tourism, government welfare, and finance. In the future, residents of the three cities can use their physical social security card or electronic social security card to facilitate the processing of medical settlements, public transportation, entrance to scenic spots, library borrowing, and convenient payments for various daily services.
