On July 2nd, HC Semitek stated during a reception at an institution that Jadebird HC, as the core carrier platform of Mini/Micro LED business within the Jadebird system, is a key layout that connects the entire chain from LED chips to display terminals for the group. In the Micro LED field, the company continues to strengthen its leading advantages, has realized the mass production of a 6-inch Micro LED production line, and has achieved a mass production yield breakthrough of over 90% with mature large-scale transfer and MPD packaging processes. The large-size wafer route significantly reduces chip manufacturing costs, forming a significant barrier to mass production of micro display chips and pixel devices and achieving commercial mass delivery first. At the same time, Micro LED communication application chip samples have been sent for testing to overseas customers in advance, and the company is actively cooperating with industry partners to promote the industrialization of this technology, although no revenue has been generated yet.
