The number of public mutual funds issued in the first half of the year reached a new high in nearly five years.

In the first half of 2026, the public offering fund issuance market continued to rebound. Data shows that as of June 30, a total of 883 new funds were established in the market, a 31.4% increase compared to the same period in 2025, marking a five-year high. The total issuance size reached 6,598.30 billion yuan, a 22.0% increase year-on-year.
