Changshu Bank announced that in order to increase its shareholding, support local financial institutions to strengthen and expand, Jiangnan Commerce Group increased its holdings by 17.1286 million shares of the company through centralized bidding trading from June 9 to June 30, 2026, accounting for 0.47% of the total share capital. As of June 30, Jiangnan Commerce Group held 140 million shares of the company, with a shareholding ratio of 3.84%, an increase of 0.47 percentage points from the end of March 2026. This increase in holdings did not involve any changes in equity, did not change the identity of the shareholders, the source of funds was self-owned funds, and there were no violations.
