(hereinafter referred to as "Hubei Cultural Tourism") have signed a "Termination Agreement" on July 1, 2026, unanimously agreed to terminate all related transactions for the change of control rights. The share transfer agreement, voting rights waiver arrangement, partial tender offer, and the company's control rights change plan have been fully terminated and will no longer be implemented.
