Rui Chen Environmental Protection announced that the shareholder Ningbo Hudizhixin Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership, holding more than 5% of the shares, reduced its holdings by 1.5651 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from June 23 to June 30, 2026, accounting for 1.560442% of the total share capital. After the change, its shareholding decreased to 5.0149 million shares, accounting for 4.999975%, no longer a shareholder holding more than 5%. The reduction plan has not been fully implemented, and will not have a significant impact on corporate governance, nor involve changes in control rights.
