Among them, Ding Tai Technology subscribed for 47.5 million yuan, holding 95% of the shares, while Xu Wei subscribed for 2.5 million yuan, holding 5% of the shares. The company was established on June 30, 2026, aiming to expand into high-end fields such as optical device vacuum coating applications. This investment will not have any adverse impact on the company's financial and operational status, but the new company's operations may face risks such as strategic synergy and market environment.
