Xinxin Leasing announced that it completed its shareholding system reform in 2026. Starting from June 30th, the original "Xinxin Financial Leasing Co., Ltd." has officially changed its name to "Xinxin Financial Leasing Group Co., Ltd." After the shareholding reform, the company's type has changed to a limited liability company, the business duration has been changed to long-term, and the registered capital has increased to 15 billion RMB. All rights and obligations of the original company are inherited by the new company, and the legal validity of signed contracts remains unaffected.
