The SAR government held a celebration reception at the Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Center. Chief Executive Carrie Lam said in her speech that in the future, the government will work hard in three areas, including drafting Hong Kong's first five-year plan at full speed, promoting the construction of the Northern Metropolis, and further improving people's livelihoods.
