Toyota and American air taxi manufacturer Joby established a joint venture.

On June 30th local time, Toyota Motor Corporation announced that it is forming a joint venture with air taxi manufacturer Joby Aviation Inc. to deepen their manufacturing partnership, and plans to add an additional $250 million investment on top of that.
