According to the Qichacha APP, Shanghai Xinde Carbon-based New Materials Co., Ltd. was recently established, with business scope including sales of synthetic materials, sales of semiconductor discrete devices, sales of optoelectronic devices, sales of power electronic components, etc. Shareholding penetration data from Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Xinde Materials.
