On June 30th, two residential land parcels in Guangzhou were auctioned off, both with final transaction prices exceeding 45%, totaling 2.404 billion yuan. Among them, the land in Panyu District attracted 4 real estate companies to participate in the bidding. After 74 rounds of bidding, Xiamen Guomao won the bid for the land parcel with a total price of 1.029 billion yuan, with a transaction floor price of 18,791 yuan/square meter, a premium rate of 55%; the land in Haizhu District attracted 7 real estate companies to participate in the bidding. After 88 rounds of bidding, Yuexiu ultimately won the bid for the land parcel with a total price of 1.375 billion yuan, with a transaction floor price of 60,706 yuan/square meter and a premium rate of 46.28%.
