Shanghai Jiading New City plot transaction premium exceeds 19%

On June 30th, Shanghai auctioned 5 residential land parcels with a total starting price of 10.422 billion yuan. Among them, the Jading New Town parcel attracted three real estate companies including Greentown, Jinmao, and Jianfa to participate in the bidding. In the end, Greentown won the parcel with a total price of 2.066 billion yuan, and the transaction price per square meter was 29,227 yuan, with a premium rate of 19.08%.
