Two cases of residential land in Chengdu were up for bidding, with 6 real estate companies fiercely competing for the land in Wuhou District. Xiamen Guomao ultimately won the bid for the land at a floor price of 23,700 yuan per square meter, with a total transaction price of 790 million yuan and a premium rate of 18.5%.
