Recently, the Ministry of Water Resources issued the "Opinions on Strengthening the Work of Water Resources Measurement". The "Opinions" propose to take the actual needs of the water resources industry as the guidance, aim to achieve precision measurement in the water resources field, strive to break through a number of key and urgent areas in water resources measurement technology, develop a number of advanced and practical measurement standards and technical specifications, achieve full coverage of water resources special measuring instruments management, and significantly improve the measurement capacity and level of water resources.
