According to the prospectus, Yuanhai International is a global destination management service provider. The company utilizes digital and AI technology in its operations, covering serialized and customized tour groups, experiential tourism services, and corporate outbound services. According to a report by Frost & Sullivan, Yuanhai International is one of the few destination management service providers in China with a global layout, full-category coverage, and digitally driven operations. According to the same source, based on revenue projections for 2025, Yuanhai International ranks third among all destination management service providers globally, and first among destination management service providers serving the Asian customer market.
