Sinotek Biotech and Lilly signed an exclusive commercialization cooperation agreement for China.

The company announcement shows that Sundia BioPharma has reached a distribution and promotion agreement with Lilly Pharmaceuticals to exclusively commercialize Lilly's breast cancer drug Verzenio in mainland China. Sundia BioPharma will be responsible for the import, market promotion, distribution, and academic promotion of the drug in China; Lilly Pharmaceuticals will continue to be responsible for the production, supply, and subsequent research and development of the drug. Verzenio has been approved for multiple indications in China, covering early breast cancer, locally advanced breast cancer, and metastatic breast cancer.
