Hubei Yihua: The annual production of 20,000 tons of electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid project has been mechanically completed and will soon enter the trial production phase.

Recently, Hubei Yihua stated during a institutional research that the company cooperates with DuPont in the development and utilization of phosphorus fluoride resources. They will utilize the by-product fluoride silicon resources produced during the wet process phosphoric acid production to promote the value-added development strategy of fluoride silicon acid-anhydrous hydrogen fluoride-electronic grade hydrogen fluoride, electronic grade phosphoric acid, and lithium hexafluorophosphate. They aim to build an influential Central China fluoride silicon industry park. Currently, the annual production of 30,000 tons of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride project is in the trial production stage; the annual production of 20,000 tons of electronic grade hydrogen fluoride project has been mechanically completed and will soon enter the trial production stage; the annual production of 10,000 tons of electronic grade phosphoric acid project has been filed and is expected to start construction in the second half of the year.
