According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, Inner Mongolia Huadian Huaming New Energy Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Wang Xinyu as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes wind power generation technology services, solar power generation technology services, electrical equipment repair, energy management services, energy storage technology services, etc. According to the equity penetration shown by Qi Cha Cha, the company is jointly held by Huadian New Energy and Mingyang Intelligent's fully-owned subsidiary Mingyang Northern Smart Energy Co., Ltd.
